Senior Mechanical Engineer – 1 Year Contract to Hire 

We are looking for a qualified Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our fun, fast-paced team of creative professionals for a one-year contract with potential to convert to a full-time position.  If you have a track record of successful mechanical designs in the Biomedical Device field and 7+ years of experience, we would like to meet you.   

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop User-centric, clean, efficient designs with minimal supervision. Experience in the medical device field is required. You should be able to develop and maintain a schedule and assist in estimating a project.  You should be able to collect and analyze Voice of Customer data. You should be able to utilize a variety of manufacturing processes, including 3D printing, machining, plastic injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication techniques. You should demonstrate a love of learning. 

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a brand ambassador and manage the mechanical design from blank page to manufacturing transition. You will work on developing a wide variety of products in medical and consumer product industries. 

In addition to running, creating, prototyping, and testing for a project, you will assist in other product design activities as required, participate in sales calls, and perform other miscellaneous jobs around the office. It is a small company after all!

Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Contract 

We are looking for a qualified Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced team of creative professionals for a contract position.  If you have a track record of successful Regulatory management in the Biomedical Device field and 5+ years of experience, we would like to meet you.   

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop, compile, and maintain regulatory documentation with minimal supervision. Experience in the medical device field is required. You should be familiar with CE marking, FDA processes, and common European standards.  You should demonstrate a love of learning. 

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a brand ambassador and ensure that processes and products adhere to regulatory standards from FPD to our Contract Manufacturers. You will work on a wide variety of products in the medical and consumer product industries. 

In addition to providing quality support for a project, you will assist in other activities as required, participate in client calls, and perform other miscellaneous jobs around the office. It is a small company after all!

  • Communicate effectively with clients and regulatory agencies regarding pre-submission strategies, potential regulatory pathways, compliance test requirements, or clarification and follow-up of submissions under review 
  • Develop, compile, and maintain regulatory documentation and databases 
  • Coordinate, prepare, and review regulatory submissions for domestic and international projects 
  • Analyze product complaints and make recommendations  
  • Develop or conduct employee regulatory training

Quality Engineer – 1-Year Contract 

We are looking for a qualified Quality Engineer to join our fun, fast-paced team of creative professionals for a one-year contract.  If you have a track record of successful Quality Management in the Biomedical Device field and 5+ years of experience, we would like to meet you.   

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can determine quality improvement factors with minimal supervision. Experience in the medical device field is highly desired. You should be familiar with Lean Production.  You will implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate the reliability of processes, products, and production equipment. You should demonstrate a love of learning. 

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a brand ambassador and ensure that processes adhere to quality standards from FPD to our Contract Manufacturers. You will work on a wide variety of products in the medical and consumer product industries.

We are looking for a qualified Manufacturing Engineer to join our fun, fast-paced team of creative professionals for a one-year contract with potential to convert to a full-time position.  If you have a track record of successfully transitioning products in the Biomedical Device field and 5+ years of experience, we would like to meet you.   

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop User-centric, clean, efficient designs for Production Manufacture with minimal supervision. Experience in the medical device field is required. You should be familiar with Lean Production.  You should have first-hand knowledge of a variety of manufacturing processes, including machining, plastic injection molding, contract assembly, and sheet metal fabrication techniques. You should demonstrate a love of learning. 

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a brand ambassador and manage the manufacturing transition from FPD to our Contract Manufacturers. You will work on a wide variety of products in the medical and consumer product industries.

Project Manager – Contract to Hire 

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our fun, fast-paced team of creative professionals for a 1-year contract with potential to convert to a full-time position.  If you have a track record of successfully launching products in the Biomedical Device field and 7+ years of experience, we would like to meet you. 

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can oversee user-centric, clean, efficient products with minimal supervision. Experience in the medical device field is required. You should be able to develop and maintain a schedule and assist in estimating a project. You should be familiar with collecting and analyzing Voice of Customer data.  You should be familiar with Agile development processes.  You should be a “people person” with great customer service skills and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines. 

Ultimately, you should be able to plan, oversee, and lead projects from blank page to manufacturing transition.  This role requires close interaction with a range of external and internal players to ensure deliverables fall within scope, timeline, and budget.  Most often, you will be managing several projects simultaneously.  You will represent the client’s needs throughout a project. 

In addition to facilitating successful projects, you will assist in quoting new work, facilitate a smoothly running office, and other miscellaneous jobs around the office. It is a small company after all!

We are looking for a qualified Industrial Designer to join our fun, fast-paced team of creative professionals for a one-year contract with potential to convert to a full-time position.  If you have a track record of successfully building and testing beautiful, functional prototypes, we would like to meet you.   

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate, and has exceptional oral and written communication skills, including sketching both electronically and by hand.  You should be a fountain of ideas.  You should be able to work quickly and safely with a variety of power tools and shop equipment with minimal supervision. You should be able to lead product concepting and User Research efforts. You should demonstrate a love of learning. 

Finally, you should be able to develop a unique product concept quickly that can ultimately be manufactured. You will work on developing a wide variety of products in the medical and consumer product industries.

We are looking for a qualified Electromechanical Technician to join our fun, fast-paced team of creative professionals for a one-year contract with potential to convert to a full-time position.  If you have a track record of successfully building and testing beautiful, functional prototypes, we would like to meet you.   

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate, and has exceptional oral and written communication skills.  You should be able to work with a variety of power tools and shop equipment with minimal supervision. You should demonstrate a love of learning. You should be able to run and maintain equipment for a variety of manufacturing processes, including 3D printing, machining, plastic injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication.
